Introduction The concept of helping people appeared a long time ago and was defined by human nature as“the situation when someone need to be helped by other with something, is to be made which has logical component by which to determine or make the choice”. Over the years many scientific fields became concerned with this problem, fields like medicine, information theory, filosophy and so on.The many applications of people witch need help have led to many different methods for giving this. These methods were improved by many organizations from the world There are two basic types of people used to make happend this proces caregivers an careseekers. The difference between them is that the first one help people with problems and try to be beside them, while the second one uses needed help from others because they have some medical problems or something else. For this applications, both of these relations types produce a proces of interacting with others. Now more than ever, involving family caregivers is a necessary part of working with older people and adults with disabilities in all practice settings. As our population ages, more people with chronic and disabling conditions are choosing to live at home or in the community, launching their family members and close friends into action as caregivers. We now know that family caregiving impacts the physical and mental health, finances, career and other family and social relationships of the caregiver. However, few programs offer caregivers an assessment of their own situations to assist them in providing quality care. Restrictions on resources may influence an agency’s response to caregiver needs, but much depends on how we view caregivers in general. Are family members seen merely as a resource, or as people with needs and rights of their own? Achieving a high quality of care for people with chronic or disabling conditions depends on accepting a family-centered perspective. The success of most care plans, from hospital discharge to everyday care in the home, often rests on the shoulders of the family caregiver. If the family caregiver becomes sick or can no longer cope with caregiving tasks, the care recipient suffers. If the strain on a caregiver becomes too great, care in the home may be seriously compromised and nursing home placement may result. Successful care, whether from hospitals, home or community-based settings, depends upon knowing the needs of both the care recipient and the family caregiver. Establishing caregiver assessment as a basic component of practice across care settings requires a fundamental change in thinking and practice. My intent, with this project, is to build a web platform to facilitate implementation of assessment of caregiver needs in service delivery settings. I hope that this project will serve two purposes: 1. sharpen your awareness of caregivers as an at-risk population, whose own needs should be determined by an assessment; 2. add to your knowledge and skills, helping to equip you for developing and implementing an appropriate caregiver assessment process in your practice setting. This project is not designed to address the broader policy and administrative issues involved in the development and implementation of caregiver assessment. Federal and state-level policy strategies and recommendations to establish caregiver assessment as a basic component in health care and home and community-based care. Argument What is home care? With a rapidly growing senior population, the question, “What is home care?” is an important one. Home care is a part of who we are, it is part of who family is. So, when someone asks me “What is home care?” sometimes I don’t know where to begin. Do I talk about the caregiver whose dedication and commitment makes staying home possible for the senior? Do I explain the impact home care has had on the life of a daughter who can simply be a daughter again and not a caregiver? When I think of home care I see of the faces of seniors who can live in the comfort and security of home; I think of my own parents and grandmother who have dedicated their lives to making home an affordable option to seniors across the nation; I think of franchise owners whose passion for quality care has led them to start a home care company serve their community diligently. When I think of home care I think about the difference it makes in the lives of so many people.
